Time.....

Time sure does fly......

Vada will be 5 months old on June 14th and I can't believe it. Some of the things I want her to know and us to remember.....

-She was so active inside of me. I didn't get many pictures of me pregnant and I don't really know why. I guess life is just too crazy.

-I was scared to death about having her. It's hard to explain how you feel (scared, excited and overwhelmed).

-She was the most beautiful baby I had ever laid my eyes on. I couldn't get over how perfect she was when the doctor showed her to me. She didn't cry at first (she was too busy checking everyone out....we have pictures to prove it).

-The first 3 months were ROUGH. She was not an easy baby at first, but she is worth everything.

-A few things about her right now.....she loves her dog (Lou Lou), her monkey, her new piglet, people, TV, being talked to and she constantly talks, her "Pandora" bracelet, eating (she has had pears, peas, bananas and cereal). She gets excited when she sees her bottle. She enjoys bathtime and mostly chills out the whole time. One of my new favorite things is that she rubs everything with her little hands and fingers.

-She only cries when she is hungry or sleepy....and she usually sticks her bottom lip out first (at least she gives you warning)....

-She is so much fun right now because she is noticing everything and everyone. She loves going to busy places (restaurants, the mall, etc.)..because people flock to her. Everyone thinks she is adorable (and I tend to agree)..

She has brought us so much joy and I thank God for the opportunity to be her mommy :)
